The Gwyneth Paltrow fan club just got a little smaller. Why? She was named the most beautiful woman of 2013 in People Magazine’s “Most Beautiful People” issue.
How can the most hated celebrity also be the most beautiful woman? Isn’t beauty supposed to be something inside…and out? Apparently not.
The people that actually like her might argue that she is beautiful inside because she lives a “beautiful life”. You know, like not feeding her children carbs…eating healthy, giving herself compliments…things like that.
And you know what her response was?
“When I first heard that I was going to be on the cover of People’s most beautiful issue, I honestly thought someone was playing a joke on me and I had to reread the email three times. I was like, ‘This can’t be true.”
Maybe she actually means well…but let’s be honest, probably not.
Other “most beautiful people” contenders were Kerry Washington, Amanda Seyfriend, Jane Fonda, Jennifer Lawrence, Kelly Rowland, Halle Berry, Drew Barrymore, Pink and Zooey Deschanel.
Iron Man 3 is coming out soon, so maybe People wanted to project on that…but is Gwyneth that relevant right now? Besides People has gotten it completely wrong before.

There was a lot of misinformation being reported about the Boston bombings… At one point, even Zooey Deschanel was being identified as the bomber.
Someone snapped a picture of a closed captioning mistake, which said the bomber was 19-year old Zooey Deschanel rather than Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Joel McHale tweeted a picture of the mistake and later Zooey did too, with the caption, “Whoa! Epic closed captioning FAIL!”

Leave a commentThe White House Correspondents Dinner is tomorrow night and some big name, respectful celebrities have been invited. George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Viola Davis, Claire Danes, Zooey Deschanel, Tony Romo, Josh Hutcherson all scored an invite to be there…. As well as Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan.
They didn’t get an actual invite themselves. They were both invited by the Fox News Channel and will be sharing a table together. Kim is bringing her mom Kris Jenner along, and Lindsay is bringing her rep and her lawyer, I guess in case she needs an immediate bail out.
Greta Van Susteren is the one who invited Lindsay. She said that the reason that she invited her is because she ‘loves comebacks and would like for her to succeed.’ She’s proud that Lindsay finally has a new movie coming out and says that things are finally looking up for her.
Rosie O’Donnell can’t say the same thing about Lindsay’s future though. She’s using her new gig on the Today Show panel to harp on Lindsay’s problems. Yesterday, she brought up Lindsay again and said that she doesn’t want her to suffer the same fate as Whitney Houston. Check it out!

Leave a commentKaty Perry seems to be doing better since her divorce. According to a source, she’s learning to cope with her new life through lots of therapy. She’s even agreed to perform at the Grammys on February 12th. This will be her first major performance since her split with Russell Brand.
Russell already has his sights set on a new girl. Ok Magazine is reporting that he is desperate to hook up with the newly single Zooey Deschanel, who looks an awful lot like Katy Perry. An insider revealed that he’s had his sights set on her for awhile. He’s been sending her flirty texts and trying to persuade her to meet up. He finds her hysterically funny and would even like to be able to work with her.
Zooey is intrigued by the idea of them working together, but is hesitant to rush into another relationship so soon after both their marriages ended.
