Brooke Mueller is doing her 20th stint in rehab but she’s worried about something important back home.. Not her twin boys, they are being cared for by Charlie Sheen’s first baby mama Denise Richards. She’s worried about losing her child support.
Brooke receives $55k a month from Charlie in child support for the twin boys and she really needs that money. She hasn’t worked in years and can’t keep a job because of her addiction… and that kind of loot can buy a lot of drugs! So she had her lawyer go to court for her on Friday and ask that the judge strip Denise of the temporary guardianship and place them with her brother in an effort for her to save her money.
The judge denied that request because the twins are in a good home with Denise and their half-sisters. Denise’s dad has even been helping out more at the house because she says that the 4-year old twins are at an impressionable age and they need a male figure around.
Charlie offered to double Denise’s child support. She also receives $55k for her two kids by him but she told him, quote, “thanks but no thanks” because she’s not doing it for the money.
**Update- It’s now coming out that Brooke entered into rehab twice because she was using crystal meth while she was PREGNANT with the twins.

Brooke Mueller went on a drug binge and ended up losing her 4-year old twins to Denise Richards.. again.
Brooke had been using for days and wasn’t in her right mind. She was placed under the 5150 Californian Welfare Institutions code, which allowed a peace officer to confine her for evaluation against her will because they deemed her a threat to herself and others. That’s the same code that Britney Spears was placed under back in 2008.
The twins went to Denise while Brooke was being evaluated. She stayed in the hospital for two days before being released. Then she went MIA for a few days before finally checking into a rehab yesterday.
A court hearing has been set up for later this week to determine a more permanent solution on her kids’ living situation. Brooke says she wants to straighten up for the sake of her kids but she hasn’t done it yet and Charlie Sheen just allows his ex-wife to take care of them rather than stepping up to the plate himself.
A source told Radar Online, “DCFS had been investigating and monitoring Brooke Mueller’s care of her twins for at least four months. An investigation was opened because of her ongoing alleged drug use around the boys, and her inability to care for them. The boys will stay with Denise for the foreseeable future, and social workers just won’t hand the boys over to Brooke if she finally decides to get help. Brooke is going to have to jump through hoops just to get supervised visitation with the boys. Brooke was given every opportunity to clean up her act to avoid this, but she is just lost to the disease at this point.”
Denise has agreed to take the boys for as long as needed.

Charlie Sheen really lucked out with one baby mama.. Denise Richards is a (skinny) savior!
Child services took the twin boys Bob and Max away from Brooke Mueller and awarded temporary custody to Charlie’s other baby mama Denise. There was an ongoing investigationin Brooke’s home due to all of the alleged drug use and she just couldn’t keep her act straight or nose clean or something.
A source told Radar Online, “Brooke was given many opportunities by social workers to clean up her act. Social workers felt that Bob and Max weren’t safe in Brooke’s care. The decision was made late on Thursday afternoon, and the boys are no longer in Brooke’s care. It’s expected at some point the boys will be taken care of by Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, who has cared for them in the past when Brooke went to rehab.”
But where is Charlie Sheen in all of this? I’m glad that Denise will take the boys, like she always does, but it’s not always her responsibility to clean up their messes. Charlie’s supposed to be a good boy now. He should take care of the kids.
Last time Denise had to take the boys, she explained why she’s always willing to help them out. She said, “They’re our family and they’re Sam and Lola’s brothers, and I can’t imagine growing up without my sister, so anytime she needs help, I’m there for the boys. [Sam and Lola] are the best big sisters to [the boys] and they love them. I know it doesn’t seem normal, but it is our normal. They’re little kids and I love children, and like I said, it’s our daughter’s brothers, so I can’t say no.”

Lindsay Lohan is trying to squeeze in some work before she surrenders to her sixth stint in rehab.
The episode where she made a guest appearance on Charlie Sheen’s show, Anger Management, aired last night. And the movie that they make a cameo in together, Scary Movie 5, hit theaters today.
Lindsay was supposed to walk the red carpet at the movie premiere with Charlie last night but she showed up late. She arrived 30 minutes after the red carpet was scheduled to close. They kept the carpet open so the photographers who had been waiting 2 hours could snap some pictures of her. Charlie was already seated inside. She made it just in time for the start of the movie.
Scary Movie 5 director complimented Lindsay, despite her habit of always being late. He said, “She’s a troubled human and she was late a lot to the set but she knew her lines and she’s a good actress.”
Now that Lindsay’s done with her work commitments, she is heading out to Coachella, where she swears she will stay away from all the booze and drugs.
The Scary Movie 5 director isn’t the only one talking about Lindsay’s late work habits. Charlie Sheen was grilled about all the rumors surrounding her Anger Management cameo and he fessed up… It’s all true. She was hours late and stole things from the set. Listen to his interview below.

Lindsay Lohan was getting some good work feedback for once after making an appearance on Charlie Sheen’s show Anger Management but that only lasted one whole day.
On her first day, she showed up to set an hour early, delivered her lines perfectly and everyone said that she was a joy to work with.
Then on her second day and third day on the set, her work ethic returned to normal. She was hours late, seemed hungover, puked in the parking lot and threw a diva fit that held up the production.
A source said, “She had to get up early to shoot the scenes before she flew out to Brazil. She looked hungover and puked in the parking lot.”
“From the moment she arrived, she did nothing but hold up the production. She would sit in her trailer and stall and she delayed until she up and left for her boyfriend’s concert…She held everyone hostage.”
“She was a colossal pain in the [butt]. It’s a shame, because when she actually gets on camera she is good and has comedic timing. But she comes with so much luggage it’s not worth it.”
The source said that everyone was so ticked off that they nearly called the police to come escort her from the set. Eventually, she left on her own to go to her boyfriend’s concert, then she flew off to Brazil to make some fast cash.
