Lots of TV news right now, like Lohan gets a job and the Jackson’s get a reality show so I’m going to jam it all into one long TV news update.
Let’s start with a surprise judge added to America’s Got Talent.
Sharon Osbourne walked away from her judging position last season and Howard Stern wasn’t bringing the shock value like they had hoped so maybe NBC is hoping to get more out of these new judges.
First they announced Scary Spice, Mel B, would be the third, and we thought final, judge alongside Howard and Howie Mandel. But the show is changing things up by adding a fourth judge and it’s going to be… Heidi Klum?
Yeah she’s a pro at the judging thing when it comes to fashion. I guess she’s sorta familiar with the music industry thanks to her ex-husband Seal but I’m not really sure how she fits in there. Come to think of it, I’m not sure why most of the judges are there.
Moving on because who really cares about America’s Got Talent..
P Diddy wants to be the black judge on X-Factor but says that Simon Cowell isn’t opening up his wallet enough. He said, “Simon’s pockets are kind of tight, and I have these six kids to feed, so he needs to step up.”
I don’t even know if P Diddy was offered anything or if he is just throwing his own name in the bag.. Ne-Yo is reportedly in talks for the role too. Guess we’ll see who ends up in the coveted black position.
And guess who’s getting a reality show? First, the Houston’s signed on to do a show.. or better to capitalize on Whitney’s death. Now it’s the Jackson’s turn.
La Toya Jackson signed Michael’s three kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket, to her talent agency and she’s already getting some sweet deals on them. Prince is an Entertainment Tonight correspondent and will be making an appearance on 90210. Paris even reportedly signed a movie deal and will be on the big screen soon.
But La Toya wants more! She’s pushing them to reality show for $10mil.. and she’ll get 15% commission. So… she’s turning into the Joe Jackson for Michael’s kids?
Michael Lohan’s got a new gig. He will be hosting a Cheaters spinoff called Celebrity Cheaters. Good thing too because he’s got a lot of kids to support.
And LeAnn Rimes is reportedly in talks with producers about ‘doing both scripted and non-scripted shows.’
A LeAnn reality show could be interesting, as long as she didn’t take the Brandi Glanville approach and just use it as a platform to bash the exes. That is sooo Real Housewives.

It was a shocker this year when we found out that Katie Holmes finally broke free from Tom Cruise after 5 years of a slavery like marriage. She devised this plan all on her own and started plotting out the divorce behind Tom’s back. While he was busy gearing up for the release of ‘Rock of Ages’, she surprised him with a divorce.
What’s most surprising about this split isn’t that Katie broke away from Tom after many unsuccessful brainwashing attempts, it’s surprising how quickly this divorce became legal.
It only took three months for them to finalize this divorce, which baffles the still married Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Ashton Kutcher.
And even worse, Katie walked away with a big NOTHING but a head full of miserable memories, thanks to an iron clad prenup. But at least she has her freedom!
Heidi Klum and Seal‘s divorce was also a big surprise. Their yearly vow renewal had me fooled. I think they earned the #2 spot for the shocking divorce of 2012.

Rihanna is getting her own reality show.
No, it’s not gonna follow her and Chris Brown around on their weed path through life, although that would be kind of interesting, especially if they get hitched on New Years.
But we will have to wait on that show for now. Rihanna is actually producing an upcoming fashion competition reality series called ‘Style to Rock’ that will air on the Style network next year.
She’s going to handpick 12 amateur designers to be on the show that will guided by three mentors. She will be making some appearances but won’t be a judge or host on the show. Sounds just like Project Runway but instead of putting up with Heidi Klum’s accent, you got to put up with Rihanna’s.

And another star that is getting a reality competition show is Vince Vaughn.
He’s teaming up with Glenn Beck to produce a show called ‘Pursuit of Truth’, which pits 20 documentary filmmakers against one another. The grand prize is having their film financed and distributed.

Leave a commentHeidi Klum’s boyfriend moved on up in this world. Martin Kristen’s pulling dual duties as bodyguard and boyfriend and Heidi wants him to look the part.
She’s trying to get him out of his clothes in more ways than one. She wants him to dress less like the hired help and more like her arm candy. She took him on a shopping spree and spent $10k on clothes that don’t make him look like a poor man.
She took him to Barney’s and picked out everything that she wanted him to wear. He was uncomfortable with Heidi dropping so much money but she refused to let him return any of the clothes. Her image is everything so she’s gotta have a hot, fashionable boyfriend. I guess she let those rules slide for Seal.
But Martin hates the clothes and still dresses like a peasant unless Heidi dresses him.. I guess you really can’t change a man!
Leave a commentNot every celebrity divorce can be as quick as painless as Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.. Well, theirs may have not been so painless because she walked away with nothing. Zero. After staying married to crazy for 5 years. Shame on you Katie. I think you deserved something.
Anyway, not everyone else falls for that prenup stuff, like Mel Gibson’s ex wife. If anyone deserves to be paid for marrying crazy…….
Robyn Gibson is getting paid for that 33 year marriage to Mel, back when he was at least keeping his cray-cray a little under control. TMZ got a hold of their divorce settlement and Robyn is getting PAID!
Robyn is walking away with half of the Screen Actors Guild pension benefits from the 31 years of their marriage, a chunk of Mel’s pension benefits, half of the 401k benefits from their production company, Icon. Plus, they are dividing their earnings and property, which is about $800mil.. Go ahead and add that additional $400mil to your bank account Robyn… but was it worth it?

Camille Grammer is getting $30mil in her divorce from Kelsey. She’s getting ready to sign her divorce deal that will split their $60mil of assets and property.. and they have three houses on the market right now so that money could go up.
Sources are saying that Camille really deserves this payout because she’s the one responsible for that fortune in the first place. When she met Kelsey, he was broke! He blew through his ‘Cheers’ and ‘Frasier’ money (literally, drugs) and she’s the one that helped build the money back up.
And one more divorce that’s pending is Heidi Klum and Seal. Seal got ticked off and accused Heidi of cheating once he found out that she was ‘fornicating with the help’. (Heidi- I say aim higher than a bodyguard but at least it’s not a man-ny.) Seal is still trying to use this new relationship as leverage for mo’ money (she= $70mil, he’s only worth $15mil) but he wants to settle so they can finally end their marriage.
