Kim Kardashian is soon going to be a free woman… Does she intend on making another change in her marital status before the baby arrives?

Last week, Kim’s long marriage battle finally came to an end. She and Kris Humphries reached an agreement in the divorce battle, the agreement being that Kris ain’t getting squat and she’s getting the divorce that she wanted all along.. The judge will sign off on their divorce and make it official in the next month or so.

Kim’s going to have a month or so window between the divorce and the birth.. and people are wondering if she’s going to take advantage of that time to marry Kanye.

Kim has said that she doesn’t want to have a baby out of wedlock. She used to criticize her sister Kourtney in the past for popping out babies before she was married but then found herself being a knocked up hypocrite a few years later.

She’s keeping quiet about whether or not they plan to marry before the baby gets here… but I don’t see her doing it. She is too uncomfortable and awkward in her pregnant body and she would want to look her best on her wedding day.

Speaking of her awkward body, she even shot down the chance to do the naked preggo celebrity pose (like Demi Moore, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears) because, according to a source, “It opens her up to too much scrutiny. She’s been freaking out about her body. During a recent fashion shoot she burst into tears, saying she looked gross.”

The longest 72-day marriage is over.. or at least, will be very soon.

Everyone calls it a 72-day marriage but in all actuality, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries only split after that long. The marriage is still on-going (legally) but if you consider Friday as the end day, they were married 536 days.

Both sides reached an agreement in this ongoing divorce battle… By that, we mean that Kris knew that he had no chance of proving the marriage was a fraud and just gave up. He wanted $7mil from the divorce but he got nothing. He had to cover his own legal fees and agree to a divorce.

They are not actually divorced yet. The court still has to sign off on it but that will likely happen sometime before June 19^th, which could be before she pops that baby out. She’s due sometime in either June or July.

Speaking of that baby, her camp wants you to know that Kanye West is still very much involved in pregnant Kimmy’s life.

She had to admit during the trial that she and Kanye have spent very little time since she got pregnant. They’ve only spent 26 days together since they announced her pregnancy.

But, according to sources, Kanye still wants to be very much involved. He’s working in Paris right now but has made at least three trips on a private jet just to be by Kim’s side during her checkups. He’s spent $100k traveling back and forth to make sure that he’s there for the appointments. He’s even talked with the doctors to make sure that they can work with his schedule.

I don’t believe it. Kanye bailed soon as that belly started bulging but Kim’s people are covering for him. They don’t want Kim to look abandoned on the brink of her divorce but I think it’s over.

It’s pretty bad when Scott Disick looks like a better boyfriend than Kanye.

UPDATE- I’ts officially over! Here’s what happened- Kris gets no money, no annulment. It’s a win for Kim and her famed attorney Laura Wasser.

The judge was going to slap Kris with a fine for skipping out on court but Kim asked the court to drop it so they did. On her way out, the judge told Kim, ”Congratulations on your dissolution.”

The divorce case between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could be settled today! Kris might finally give in and agree to a settlement for several selfish reasons.

- Due to the ironclad prenup that was in place, if this moves to trial, Kris will get NO money from her. He previously had demanded $7mil.

- There’s been a lot of accusations but no evidence of fraud.

- He could get nailed with fees for being a no-show at the last hearing and he’s really not getting along with this judge anyway.

- And if it does go to trial and loses the whole thing, he could be out at least a million bucks in lawyer fees. Plus if Kim wins, he will have to cover her attorney bills too.

But he’s not just going to roll over and give up. He wants a little something else from her too… An apology.

So it’s not a done deal yet but Kris is starting to rethink his hard stance in this divorce. He’d rather give in and stick it to Kim financially than lose all the way around.

And Kim’s other man in her life, Kanye, may finally return to the states next month. He’s been holed up in France making music but he’s got a good reason to come back to the states.

It’s not to be with his pregnant girlfriend Kim… It’s rumored he’s going to be the musical performer on SNL on May 18^th and debut his new song “I Am God”.
