Kim Kardashian had a star-studded baby shower yesterday, just hours before they had the big gender reveal on the season premiere of Keeping up with the Kardashians.
The theme for the shower was sorta Greek goddess. The sisters’ all wore white flowing dresses with baby breath wreaths in their hair. Kendall Jenner mixed things up with a blue dress and momager Kris wore a hot pink dress.. Gotta keep ‘em guessing until the premiere, right?
Papa-to-be Kanye West did make a brief appearance, as well as Scott Disick, Lamar Odom and Rob Kardashian. Khloe had said that Kanye was worried about being the only guy at the shower so they forced the other Kardashian men to go.
Other stars that showed up include Nicole Richie, Kelly Osbourne (forced by E!?), Tracey Anderson, Kimberly Stewart, NeNe Leakes, Melanie Brown.. Sounds like a weird bunch to me.
They had a brunch buffet filled with pancakes, waffles and fruit and played a guessing baby name game.
In lieu of gifts, the couple asked for donations to be made to Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago.
But here’s the big news, I guess. The sex of the baby was revealed last night on the season premiere of KUWTK. We had heard rumors that they were expecting a baby girl but they confirmed the news last night.
Kanye couldn’t make it for the gender reveal appointment so I guess that’s why it was allowed to be taped and teased for the season premiere. Kanye had said that he wanted to keep their business private but there are no rules in love, war or ratings, at least as far as the Kardashians are concerned.
So the cameras were rolling at the appointment. Kris Jenner went to the appointment and Khloe and Kourtney surprised them there. The doctor moved that lubed up stick around Kim’s belly until he announced that it was girl.
Of course, the Kardashians so had to vulgar up the reveal a bit. Kris asked if the doc saw a “little peepee” and Kim said that there would be nothing little about it if it took after its father.
Kim was ecstatic once she found out. She said, “Who doesn’t want a girl? Like, they are the best. I know that’s what Kanye has always wanted, a little girl.”

The Kardashian clan took a family vacation to Greece. This isn’t your typical enjoyable family vacation, this one is forced for the reality cameras.
Kim and Khloe were not happy about this trip at all. They were so miserable without their men. Both Kanye and Lamar were invited to go on the family vacation but neither could because of work obligations.
A source said that Kim just complained the whole time because she’s so over being pregnant. She complained of aches, pains, the humidity and stupid work obligations that prevented her from spending precious time with Kanye.
Well Kanye decided to save his preggo in distress. As soon as the Kardashians wrapped up their filming, he sent a private jet to pick Kim up from Greece and flew her out to Paris to be with him.
Now they are getting to spend more quality time together, hopefully for longer than their last three day reunion. Some are calling this a babymoon but considering that he took her to where he’s been working for the past several months, I’m sure he’s keeping busy with his music too.
It’s been rumored that Kim was going to birth that baby in Paris.. Is this the last leg for her? Is she going to lay low in Paris til that baby comes? It is Kanye’s turn to put up with her bitching anyway.
As far as the baby goes, Kim is asking that her friends don’t buy them any gifts. Instead, they are asking for donations to Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, where Kanye grew up.
Guess she learned her lesson after she got all of those expensive gifts at her wedding! She doesn’t need them because she’s ridiculously rich, already getting freebies…. And it’ll be easier if she decides that she is over this baby after 72 days.

Lamar Odom, proud husband of Khloe Kardashian, started this charity back in 2004 called Cathy’s Kids. The charity was named after his mother, who died of stomach cancer, and was said to benefit cancer research.
The charity has raised more than $2.2 million since 2004 but none of it has been given to cancer causes. They have used the money to fund two elite youth basketball travel teams and pay Lamar’s old high school coach Jerry DeGregorio $72k a year. It’s not clear where the rest of the money went, but Cathy’s Kids has operated at a loss since its creation. According to its 2011 tax returns, Cathy’s Kids is $256,000 in debt.
Lamar was questioned about his charity’s practices on ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” and he made the bold statement, “It’s my money!” But it’s not his money and if he is spending it on things that are not consistent with its stated mission, that violates the tax law and he could be in trouble with the IRS.
His wife Khloe has helped raise money for the charity too. She and Lamar auction off personal items like her used sports bras, clothes, shoes, accessories, on a special ebay page to benefit the foundation. The ebay page closed down the day that the interview was released.
Khloe is defending Lamar on her website. She said that 90% of the money was used for one of the foundation’s intended charitable purposes and the family did not benefit from the donations at all.

Khloe Kardashian has been looking extra hot lately.. Is that because she’s trying to look good for her new boyfriend?
Yeah, she’s married and it’s unheard of for a married Kardashian to cheat with a rapper but just bare with me through this story.
Khloe has been working out with her fitness advisor, The Game, and they are getting awfully close! A source told Star Magazine, “They talk all the time. She even texts him while Lamar sleeps in their bed right next to her. The Game has been a rock for Khloe, listening to her problems, giving her advice and telling her she’s beautiful inside and out. He keeps saying she can do better than Lamar and she needs a man like him, who’d treat her like the queen she is.”
Plus, she’d reap the sexy benefits from dating a fitness instructor. I say win- win.
But Lamar is uncomfortable with her newfound friendship! The source told Star magazine, “Lamar thinks Khloe and The Game are more than friends. She will go hours without answering Lamar’s calls, which has never happened before. And she talks about The Game nonstop. One night in the car, Khloe let it slip that The Game told her she has a nice ass. Lamar flipped. He told her The Game is trying to get with her and that she’s cheating emotionally, which she didn’t deny.”
But The Game is denying their emotional affair. He says that he keeps it professional with Khloe and her brother Rob, who are both a part of his 60 Days of Fitness program.
He said, “The pictures that they see of us out together are because she is a part of my 60DaysofFitness team. Khloe is my friend. She is like a sister. We have never and will never be sleeping together. Lamar is my homie and her husband and I wish people wouldn’t spread such false rumors.”
Whoa! No one said ya’ll were sleeping together. Guilty conscience?

The Kardashian curse is in full effect. Kim Kardashian is ruining Kanye West’s career!
You have to admit the Kardashian girls do a lot of damage to their boyfriend’s reputations. Lamar Odom used to have a basketball career before he married Khloe. Reggie Bush’s career has taken a hit since Kim.. He went from Super Bowl to Miami to knocking up some Kim K look alike. Kris Humphries became a laughing joke because of Kim. And then there’s Scott Disick. He used to be.. well, he’s the exception to the rule. He actually upped his cred by being with Kourtney, even though we all know he’s still a major DB.
Well now Kanye has fallen into the Kardashian curse! His career has been negatively affected by their high profile relationship. He’s been on several episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, he accompanies Kim to her paid appearances, she follows him around and tries to buddy up to his respectable friends.. Now Kanye’s experiencing the Kardashian overexposure and his personal life is overpowering his music.
Kanye told Kim that he didn’t want to be on her reality show but she begged him (needed him) and he caved. Now he’s not even being taken seriously anymore. He’s getting grouped into a spineless Kardashian man instead of the hardcore rapper that he once was considered to be.
Agree? Do you think Kim’s sucking the talent and good reputation (?) out of this man?
Speaking of bad for business, Kris Jenner is reportedly determined to make her marriage to Bruce work. It has nothing to do with love. It’s because the business comes first and it would look bad for the brand for the Kardashian matriarch to get a divorce.
