It sounds like someone has starred in one too many Mission Impossible flicks, because daddy’s gone and hired a decoy daughter. That’s right, there is a Suri Cruise body double running around town, getting shots snapped by salivating paparazzi.
The cover was blown on Operation-Hire-a-Kid after photogs could have sworn they were seeing double…
Katie Holmes and Suri headed downtown to TriBeCa, bound for the ‘wichcraft sandwich shop on Greenwich St. (a favorite of mom’s), only the black SUV made an unexpected stop at a police precinct — and out popped the doppelganger! The real Suri arrived with her nanny minutes later in another black SUV at the side entrance of the ‘wich eatery.
For reasons unclear, Tom Cruise has reportedly stepped up security around Suri in recent months and has met with risk assessment teams and kidnapping specialists.
“I’ve seen this type of thing when stars have stalkers,” said an observer, who has done legwork for private eyes in the past. Big shots faced with “kidnap threats” will resort to using body doubles. “They go through private security because if they go to the police, it eventually hits the press and they don’t want that.”
“Tom wants the names of all the parents of the kids Suri plays with,” said a source close to Holmes. “He has to approve them before Suri can go to their houses or apartments alone. He has them investigated and he keeps a file on everyone. He is very cautious when it comes to her.”
The identity of Suri’s alleged double wasn’t immediately known and it’s not clear if her duties extend to being TomKat’s daughter’s playmate. But the little imposter is apparently friendly with Holmes, who was photographed talking to her a month earlier.

Jenna Miscavige Hill, has no problem throwing her uncle and the controversial organization under the bus, if it means saving kids like Suri Cruise from experiencing the weird s**t she did.
Jenna was raised in Scientology, literally. “I was brought up in a Scientology nursery. When I was two my parents joined the Sea Orgs and were away working 14 hours a day.”
Jenna grew up with other Scientology VIPS and only saw her parents a few times a year. At some point her folks wised up and left the church, which is when things really got weird, to put it rationally.
“I couldn’t even go to the bathroom alone,” Jenna writes, “I was forbidden to pick up the telephone just in case my parents tried to call. Their letters to me were intercepted.”
Jenna has juicy tell-all book out called Beyond Belief: My Secret Life Inside Scientology And My Harrowing Escape, which has sent shockwaves through the organization run by her uncle David Miscavige. The book is said to be especially interesting because Jenna talks about things about the church that inspired her AND the reasons she left the church for good….reason she describes as, “crimes against humanity and violate basic human rights.”
Jenna adds, “It remains a mystery to me how, in our current society, this can go on unchecked. It is particularly insidious because of its celebrity advocates and affiliated groups, such as Narconon, Applied Scholastics, and the Citizens Commission on Human Rights.”
“The problem is that Scientology is a system that makes it nearly impossible for you to think for yourself. People like my uncle are enablers who create an environment of fear that discourages independent thought. Get rid of them and you would continue to have a system that, almost by definition, restricts individual freedoms.”
After much speculation about Tom Cruise’s involvement (or lack there of) in Suri’s life post-divorce, daddy and daughter have finally reunited and just in time for Thanksgiving!
In case you missed all of the gossip—one conspiracy theory suggested that Tom was observing a strict Scientology tradition that required him to break off bonds with folks who left the church—meaning Katie and Suri!
Tom is said to have received backlash from Scientologists who felt he was getting special treatment about this protocol. This came after his trip to Disney World with Suri in July, so apparently the rule is something like: Thou shall not take your adorable Devilish daughter to see Mickey. Shortly after the backlash, Tom went away on that re-commiting to Scientology retreat…
But maybe all of that is water under the bridge or a bunch of hogwash…after more than three months apart, Tom and his 6-year-old daughter are been spending the week together in London, where he’s in ‘pre-production’ for the sci-fi action film All You Need Is Kill.
A source for People magazine said that Tom was “super excited” about the visit and that that he’s “heartbroken” by the distance between them, though they talk on the phone daily.
Katie Holmes, is spending Thanksgiving with her family in her hometown of Toledo, Ohio.

Tom Cruise isn’t quite where he thought he would be right now.
Yeah, he’s a mega successful, super rich actor but he’s lonely and his religion has pushed everyone that he loves away.
Scientology took away Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, then recently Katie Holmes and now his daughter Suri, who he hasn’t seen in two months. And they never quite delivered that dutiful wifey that they promised.
So now, Tom is contemplating leaving the religion all together. A source said, “[Tom is] finally seeing that being such an advocate for Scientology hasn’t served him as well as he’d hoped — he’s gone through three divorces, and his public perception has sunk to an all-time low.”
Maybe Tom is actually thinking clearly for once but there is one thing that he needs to consider…. Wouldn’t Tom be really lonely without Xenu?

Thanks to an ironclad prenup, she’s not getting any of Tom Cruise’s money. He will be paying $400k a year in child support for Suri (totaling nearly $5mil by the time she’s 18) but Katie’s not getting any kind of payout. She could have gotten more if she would have went to court but apparently, this was never about the money. She just wanted to get out from the marriage as quickly as possible, even if that meant not getting any of his fortune.
She didn’t walk away completely empty handed though. She did get to keep her ‘millions of dollars in jewelry, designer handbags and other gifts’ that she accumulated during her marriage.
But I think Katie should have fought harder to get some of his $250mil. Katie’s career before, during and after Tom has been laughable. It’s not like she’s gonna be earning the big bucks so she should have put up a fight so that she can live comfortably until Suri’s old enough to pick up her slack.
